She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thompson Taylor and Lillie Flora Henry Gillette; and her sister Judith Ann Wiedeman. She is survived by: her husband Ted B. Hazelwood; her son Shelby Green (Megan); her grandchildren, Kinley and Ashlyn; and her siblings, Tommy Taylor and Betsy Padar. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
