He is survived by: his wife Maria Avalos; his children, Ruby Avalos Lara (Miguel) of Big Spring, TX, Kristie Avalos of Midland, TX, Rudolph Avalos Jr. of Big Spring, TX and Priscilla Enriquez (Rosalva) of Big Spring, TX; his stepson Lorenzo Ontiveros Jr. of Big Spring, TX; and his siblings, Mary Valdez of Post, TX, Manuela Benavides, Ernestina Rangel of Slanton, TX, Tomas Avalos (Ramona) of Tahoka, TX, Eugene Avalos (Velma) of Corpus Christi, TX, Jessie Avalos of Nederland, Paul Avalos (Margie) of Dreskio, TX, Arturo Avalos (Virginia) of Bishop and Merida Herrera. He is also survived by 5 step-children; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
