He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fidencio Zavala Sr. and Alejandra Zavala of Brownsville, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Elma Gloria "Cookie" Zavala of Bishop; his children, Jose Zavala Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX, Armando Zavala of Corpus Christi, TX, Jerry Sedillo (Mari) of Corpus Christi, TX and JoAnn Sedillo of Buda, TX; his grandchildren, Joe Edward, Isaiah, Joshua, Brayden, Adrian, Deven, Adley and Roman; and his nephew Fidencio Zavala Jr.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
