He was predeceased by: his son Mark Bonin. He is survived by: his wife Joy "Mickey" Bonin; his brothers, Gene Bonin and Perry Bonin (Gale); and his sons, Walt Kupke (Dayna), Karl Kupke (Ann) and Kenneth Kupke (Heidi). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
