He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Garcia Gutierrez and Manuel Gutierrez; his grandson Rudy Gutierrez III; and his brother Manuel Gutierrez, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Gutierrez of Big Spring; his children, Gwynette Lozano (Ricky) of San Antonio, Rudy Gutierrez, Jr. (Laura) of Big Spring, Michael Martinez (Janell) of San Antonio, Teresa Herrera (Ralph) of San Antonio, Fermin Gutierrez (Laura0) and Erica Garces (Eric) of O'Donnell; and his sister Janie Gutierrez of San Antonio. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
