She was predeceased by: her father Roy Ruler Holcombe; her sons, Shelby Simmons and Dennis Simmons; her mother Beulah Holcombe (Crayton); her siblings, Vernon Holcombe, Norman R. Holcombe, D. W. "Bozie" Holcombe, H. Denver "Cotton" Holcombe, Marzell Earnest and Letha Peck; her nephew Chris Peck; her aunt Nezie Wilson Canterbury; her niece Kay Earnest; and her nephew Steve Holcombe.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashlie D'Ann Simmons of Washington and Jerrod R. Simmons (Trayce) of Dallas; and her nieces and nephews, Doris Badgett (Billy Ray) of Neosho, MO, Cindy Quan (Russel) of Elizabeth, CO, Wyvonne Spray (Dennis) of Jayton, Lavonda Doggett (Logan) of Jayton, Douglas Earnest (Leitha) of Lufkin, Marlyn Earnest (Mary) of Temple, Jay Holcombe of Los Cruces, NM, Lance Spray (Samantha) of Jayton and Jimmy Ernest of College Station. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
