He is survived by: his wife Paula Walker; his children, Markham Scott Springer (Trina), Melanie Lyn Johnson (David) and Nancy Annette Springer (Jim Chase); his grandchildren, Dustin Chase Johnson (Alicia), Dwight Joe'Ike' Brunner (Kyrsten), Ryan Hunter Johnson (Sofie), Cody Spencer Johnson (Natalie), Thomas Scott Springer and Kathryn Anne Springer; his great grandchildren, Finley Scott Johnson, Wilder Hayes Johnson, Hallie Raelynn Johnson, Emerson Fox Johnson and Ophelia Michelle Brunner; and his brother Stephen McKay Springer (Barbara).
