He is survived by: his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Teresa Price of Ben Wheeler; his brother Arthur Price of Athens; his grandchildren, Bridget Price of Ben Wheeler and Justin Price of Ben Wheeler; and his great grandchildren, Brantlee, Cole, Bandy, Jodee, Jessie and Jerry Ely.
