She was predeceased by: her parents, Hebert C. Martin and Elizabeth Martin; her husband Jack; her children, Mary Elizabeth Lee and Joseph Martin Fogarty; and her granddaughter Emily Lee Szafarz.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. James (Susan), Jerry (Lina), Jane Falk, Michael (Sally) and John (Beth); and her daughter-in-law Neala Fogarty. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
