He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Higgs and Virginia Higgs; his wife Sherry Higgs; his sister Nancy Higgs; his stepchildren, Brandy Dorff (Ronnie) and Charlie Dorff; his grandchildren, Hannah, Caylee and Joanna; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Reichard (Scott), Bobbie Hill and Teresa Hill. He was also cherished by numerous other family members and friends.
