He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Gaylord Knox and Lela Knox (Shearer); his former wife Mary Elizabeth Zeek; his siblings, Gaylord Knox, Helen Murphy and Jean Jackson; and his granddaughter Lela Knox.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Havilon Haber; and his children, William Knox, David Knox of La Porte, TX and Marsha Knox Parris.
