He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mildred Starks; his sons, Harley, Chris Hoover (Jenifer) of Little Elm and Kyle Hoover (Christine) of Charlottesville, VA; his stepson Taylor Jacob (Mallory) of Denver; his grandsons, Will, Reese, Kyle and Luke Hoover; his brothers, Warren Starks (Linda) of Clinton, Michigan, Frank Starks of Clinton, Michigan, David of Tecumseh, Michigan and Don of Joplin; his father Ralph Oliver Hoover; and his siblings, Richard and Mary.
