It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lee Hurst (Bedford, Texas), born in Blum, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marion Lee "Cotton" Hurst; her parents, Jessie Ward and Myrtle Ince Ward; her brothers, McConnell, Cletus and Eugene Ward; and her sons-in-law, Danny Dunahoo and Christopher Atkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Gailey (Nick), Tonya Dunahoo, Tammy Gregory (Hughie) and Marian Atkins; and her stepdaughter Golda Dove. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
