He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Tracie Rosales, Melissa Whitley and Virginia Reeves; his stepchildren, Cheryl Petter, James Kilpatrick and Brian Kilpatrick; and his brother Steve Tate. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
