She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Martin McKinley Porter, Jr.; her godchildren, Diamond and DeJohn; her son Rashard Davis; her parents, Joseph "Coach" Simpson and Irma Jean Simpson; her sisters, Zenobia Payne (Eric) and Toya Miller (Eric); her children, Ashley Porter and McKenzie Porter (Kim); her mother-in-law Connie Porter; her sister-in-law Pamela Porter Cooper (Tyrone); her grandchildren, Kylan Mouton, Corrine, Cairo Porter, MaKenzie Porter and Colin Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Nadjla Payne, Laramie Payne, Tamara Miller, De'John Handy, Eric Payne, Jr., Eric Miller, Jr., Evan Cooper (Prentice), Tyler Cooper and Corey Cooper.
