She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holmes, Sr. and Jo Vel Lyons; her brother Alex Shillow; her sons, Ray Holmes and Jamal Smith; and her grandchild Jerimiah Jamal Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Pachine Holmes; her siblings, Cynthia Robinson, Christine Bush, Gladys Holmes, Jamie Silas, John Holmes, Jr., Johnathan Holmes and Nathan Holmes; her godmother Liz Thomas; and her niece Pimpla Holmes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
