She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Walker and Vela Walker; her brother Mickey Walker; and the mother of her children Rhonda Clark. She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Ivey, JoAnn Lee and Pat Gorman; her husband Billy Wayne Webber; the mothers of children, Glenna Robbins, Pinie Berman (Ivan) and Billie Simmons (Larry); and her grandchildren, Billy Robbins, Mia Calvert, Robert Bredehoeft, David McMillan, Robbie Clark, Larry Simmons and Merissa Green. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She loved to crochet, donating countless lap blankets to the Veterans of America.
