He is survived by: his wife Crystal Smith; his children, Brittany, Bella Smith, Cagen and Cydni Selensky; his grandson Atticus Selensky-Guy; his parents, Travis Smith and Patricia Smith; his parents-in-law, Chuck, Cheryl Kutan, Steve and Drenda Halbert; his grandfather Curtis Dykes; his sisters, Angela Smith, Amber (Jared Janak) and Ashely Halbert (Noah Gober); his nieces and nephews, Blake, Bryce, Charlotte Ainsworth, Jett, Jax Janak and Crew Gober; his aunts and uncles, Johnny Miller, Curtis, Jan Smith, Robert and Brenda Fairchild; his cousins, Sherry Willhoite, Michelle Padgett, Bryan Miller and Kelly Burch; and his friends, Cagen and Cydni. He is also survived by his dad and cousins, hunting duck and geese with friends.
