He is survived by: his wife Cathryn Franks; his brother Tim Franks; his daughter-in-law Christi Franks; his grandchildren, Nathan Leo Franks, Alixis Rose Samples and Nickalos Lon Franks; his nephews, Timothy Noel Franks and Sean Franks; and his great grandchildren, Stella Rose Samples and Wesley Draven Samples.
