We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2023, at the age of 76, Leighton Liburd of Baytown, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Nellie Liburd; his significant other Patricia Liburd; his daughters, Chaune Jaimes and Sherma Ernest; his son-in-law Oscar Jaimes; his grandchildren, Sebastian and Emma Jaimes; his sister Myrthlyn Liburd; and his mother-in-law Eugenia James. He was also cherished by family members, church family, and friends.
