It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy LaRue Walker of Baytown, Texas, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Raymond Walker (Woody); and her parents, Alvin Stuart Loeffler and Annie Lillian Loeffler. She is survived by: her children, John Walker (Nancy), Deborah Walker Jentsch (Kurt), James Walker and David Walker (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Kyle Walker (Whitney), Ryan Walker, Caleb Jentsch, Kaitlyn Sinclair (Jared), Sarah Kate Jentsch and Duncan Price Clark (Michelle).
In honor of Joy's memory, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Memorial Baptist Church of Baytown.
