He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rucker and Alma Rucker; and his siblings, Harry, Charles, Doris, Edith, Bettie and Frances.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Rucker (Connie), Adam Hinze (Gina) and David Hinze (Linda); his stepdaughter Brenda Burnett; and his nephews, Craig Blanchard, Michael Shaw (Nicole) and William E. Moehrig. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
