He is survived by: his wife Edith Cogburn Skaggs; his children, Carol Jenkins (John) and Tony Skaggs; his siblings, Donald Skaggs and Marketa Mitchell (Marvin); and his grandchildren, Camille Winters, Shawn Jenkins, Alisa Blankenship, Amy Pellett, Tara Chambers, Caitlin Erle and Angelica Meas. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
