He is survived by: his wife Linda Elaine Metzler Gouner; his children, Lisa Ann Purifoy (James), Lori Lynne Burnette, Gary Wayne Gouner and Michael Warren Gouner; his siblings, Patricia Gilbert (Frankie), Robert Michael Gouner (Cindy) and Warren Hugh Gouner; his grandchildren, Emma Elaine Purifoy, Abigail Lynn Purifoy, Karli Nicole Gouner and Kai Aiden Gouner; and his caregiver Marilyn Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
