She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Tipps and Bessie Adams Tipps; and her son Kevin Ballard. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Ballard; her sons, Brian Ballard (Kathy) and Kyle Ballard (Misty Cole); and her grandchildren, Kyle Ballard, Cheslea Ballard, Dylan Ballard, Cheyanne McClean, Hannah Ballard, Bailey McDonald and Austin Ballard. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
