He is survived by: his wife Ann Lucius; his children, Shawne Barron (Andy Barron) of Aledo, Leah Lucius of Dallas and Eric Lucius of Mont Belvieu; and his siblings, Claire Thompson and Sydney Lucius. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
