It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Kerr (Baytown, Texas), born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his fiancée Helen Spearman; his wife Helen Kerr; his children, Sharon McMath (Dale) and Randall Kerr (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Bailey, Gentry, Evan and Avery.

Even with the pandemic lockdown and increasingly limited mobility, he and Helen actively participated in church through online streaming.
