He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Rodriguez and Teresa Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Rodriguez of Baytown, TX; and his children, Irvin Rodriguez of Los Angeles, Jesus Rodriguez of Baytown, TX and Cinthia Rodriguez of Baytown, Texas.
