He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew S., Jr. and Letha Osborne May. He is survived by: his wife Becky Irwin May; his children, Kristi Higgins (Michael) and Kyle May (Cindy); his grandchildren, Talon May, Piper May, Avery Higgins, Riley Higgins, Katie Marsh (Dylan) and Kamron Broyles; his great grandchild Jack Marsh; his brother Don May (Sandra); and his nieces, Heather Scott (Max) and Ginger Reinke (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, MD Anderson or Emma's Hugs in Andy's name.
