She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Barnes and Annie Barnes; her siblings, Gerald Barnes, Jr. and Irene Lee; her husband William Lewis Goolsby; and her children, David Lewis Goolsby and Barbara Ann Goolsby.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jo Ann Colson (Ken) and John Edward Goolsby (Shana); her sister Ann Olof; her grandchildren, Kyle Colson (Lori), Kevin Colson and Abbie Goolsby; and her great grandchildren, Makynlee Colson, Rowan Colson, Riley Colson, Kaden Colson and Kimber Scarbrough.
