He was predeceased by: his husband Bill Shepherd; his parents, Virgil Walleck and Lillian Walleck; his stepson Mark Shepherd; and his brother Arthur Frederick Walleck.
He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Westphal of Arizona, Dorothy Sanders of Houston, Valline Walleck (Donna) of Alvin, Le Roy Walleck of Spring, Joe Walleck (Cindy) of Crosby and Gary Walleck of College Station; and his close friend Michele Lowery-Barlow of Marquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
