He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Lanham Rowland; his children, Kara Cowart (Ron) of Bay City and Grant Rowland (Krystal) of Spring, TX; his brother Ronnie Rowland (June) of Bay City; his grandchildren, Tyler Taylor, Logan Rowland, Mason and Reid Cowart; his niece Ashley Rowland; and his grandfather Joe.
