He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bane Norris and Laura Lee James Norris. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lyne Norris and James Arthur "Jim" Norris (Doris); his sister Gerry Lou McClure (Bobby); his grandsons, James Andrew Norris, Justin Alexander Norris and Jacob Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Alan Sedam, Jr., John David Sedam, Leigh Ann Sedam and Henry Clay "Hank" Sedam.
