She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian W. Lange and Eleanora Schild Lange; her husband Byron "Terry" Carter; and her brother Julian Robert Lange. She is survived by: her children, Julian R. Carter of Arkansas, Eleanor L. Carter of Bay City, Linda C. Schiurring (J. Brent Schiurring) of El Campo, Shiryl C. Redding (John Redding) of Beeville and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
