He is survived by: his wife Judy Kocurek MacKay; his friend Port O'Conner; his cousin Susan MacKay of Connecticut; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Kocurek (Tracy), Jimmy Kocurek (Eddie), Sammy Kocurek and Chris Kocurek; and his pets, Rufous and Boudreax.

Masks are required for the services and seating may be limited to due covid restrictions.
