He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Neal and Anna Macy Minter Bennett; his children, Thomas Martin Bennett and Tommy Bennet; and his siblings, Charles Bennett and Anna Mary Hingle.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen William Bennett, Rita Marie (Ken Demehl) and Mary Lorena (Gary Bucek); his wife Arlene Kemp Bennett of Bay City; and his son Steve Bennett (Pat). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
