He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Carrasco and Eva Carrasco; his former spouse Elfreida Faye Hibbs; his spouse Ivalee Brown; his daughter Caren Cowfer; his sisters, Lupe (Raymond Lara) and Ruby (Manuel Salcido); his father-in-law Oley (Beatrice Hibbs); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda (Jimmy Copeland) and Ronnie Hibbs.

He is survived by: his sister Elsie Rios; his daughter Terri (David); his grandchildren, Darrick, Cristal and Mallery; his daughter Deanne; his grandchildren, Bruce, Brian, Michael and Melissa; his son Richard (Betty); his grandson Joshua; his daughter Rebecca; his grandchildren, Luke and Lena; and his great grandchildren, Ron, Daniel, Stephanie and BJ. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
