Mikulencak; her daughters, Catherine Mikulencak and Lucy Jane Frank; her granddaughter Dr. Kallina Mikulencak; and her siblings, Mary Knapek, Frances Klepac, Hattie Klepac, Agnes Stojanik, Frank, Anton, Joe and Johnny Michalek.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. David J. Mikulencak (Pat) of Elgin and Diana Bosshard (Steve) of Gatesville; her sister Evelyn Demirsu; her grandchildren, Dr. David M. Mikulencak (Megan), Kristina Mikulencak of Austin, Dr. Heather Hamilton Luchessi (Chris) of Round Rock, Dr. John Bosshard of Bryan and James Bosshard of Gatesville; and her great grandchildren, Campbell and Kate Mikulencak of Ft. Worth. She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
