She was predeceased by: her parents, J. L. Cotton and Laverne Cotton; her husband Merle Mishio; her son Benjamin; her great grandchild Hailey; and her sister Janet Gray.

She is survived by: her children, William, Tamara, Stephanie McDonald (Terry), Matthew (Angie) and Joshua (Laurie); and her brothers, Tom and James Cotton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
