She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter G. Hoeldtke and Louise R. Hoeldtke. She is survived by: her children, Mark Worthen (Suzanne) of Stephenville, Jeff Worthen (Elizabeth Jane) of Houston, Cindy Eubank (Larry) of Keller and Karl Worthen (Pam) of Dallas; and her sister Genevieve Lockley of Georgetown, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter.
