He is survived by: his wife Alva of Azle; his daughter Kimberly Christensen (Clay) of Azle; his grandson Jeffrey Johnson of Azle; his niece Courtney Key (Ohana) of Cleburne; his cousins, Susie Hamilton Carpenter (Mark) of Graham, Steve, Randy, Kyle Jones, Gary and Richard Hays; and his aunt Glenda Jones of Houston. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
