It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Milton Phillips II of Avery, Texas, born in Clarksville, Texas, who passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Milton and Carrie Crouch Phillips; and his brothers, Boyce Phillips, David Phillips and Travis Phillips.
He is survived by: his son William Richard; his daughter-in-law Grace Phillips of Avery, Texas; his daughter Michelle Carson of Texarkana, Texas; his sister Joyce; his brother-in-law Charlie Bower of Avery, Texas; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Regina Phillips of Avery, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
