We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2024, Joseph Andrew Serrano Sr. of Austin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Joe Serrano; and his grandparents, Isabel, Guadalupe Serrano, Eva and Eleuterio Peña.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Andrew "Andy" Serrano, Jr.; his granddaughters, Cypress Pearl and Embree Marie; his mother Carolina Peña Serrano; his siblings, Celeste Serrano and Miguel Serrano (Molly); his niece Emelia; and his nephew Mark. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A prayer will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
