She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores E. Price and Kenneth D. Price; and her daughter Susan "LeeAnn" Wood. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Terry" Clark; her sister Susan D. Keaton; her children, Bryan D. Wood (Lynn F. Wood), Teresa A. Locke and Stephanie J. Engeling; and her granddaughters, Lauren F. Wood and Aubree J. Locke.
