She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren James and Marie Richardson (Burtscher); her children, Steven James Palcheck and Amy Louise Palcheck; her sister Patricia Havel; and her brother-in-law Charlie Havel.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Clyde Crommett of Cross Roads, TX; her children, Adam Palcheck of Little Elm, TX, Daniel Clyde Crommett Jr. of The Colony, TX, Laura Palcheck of Little Elm, TX and Melanie Marie Crommett of Carrollton, TX; her grandsons, James Michael Hoffman, Kenneth Michael Harrington II and Daniel Clyde Crommett III; and her brother Robert Richardson (Patricia) of St. Charles, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In her earlier years in Wheaton, IL (where she could never pass up a good Portillo's Italian beef sandwich!), Jan had a passion for both charity work and caring for children.
