He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Kelly (Bill) and Margaret Powell Kelly; his wife Peggy Brooks Smith; his daughter Teresa Daniel (Kelly); his brother-in-law Ronnie Land; and his grandson Mark Cunningham.
He is survived by: his sister Lynell Land; his daughter Linda Clark; his son-in-law Eddie Clark; his grandchildren, Josh Clark, Maddie Clark, Gracie Richards (Clark) and Brady Clark; his great grandchild Rylund Richards; his daughter Debra Cunningham; his son-in-law Paul Cunningham; his grandson Ricky Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Colten, Chaela, Christopher, Ethan, Connor, Lukas and Mykah Cunningham; his grandson Tyler Calvert; his great grandchildren, Caden, Cooper and Tanner Calvert; his daughter Dianne Boliver; his son-in-law Reggie Boliver; and his grandchildren, Brooke Prim (Boliver), Colby Boliver, Tom Calvert, Michael Clark, Scott Cunningham and Donald Prim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
