He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Gribble and Marie Peters, Sr. (Linberg); his wife Evelyn Jolene Robertson; his children, Jayme Beall Gilkison (Chris) and James Michael Peters (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Austin Beall (Emily), Andrew Beall (Alissa), Josh Beall (Erica), Brittany Beall Knapp (Devin), Allyson Peters Best (Will) and Matthew Peters. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
