She is survived by: her sister Pat Henry of Oklahoma City; and her sons, Bill Hopkins (Laura) of Haslet, Steven Hopkins (Krista) of Amarillo and Cullen Hopkins (Melissa) of Amarillo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
