He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rod and Mildred; his wife Ethelee Smith; and his daughter Jacque. He is survived by: his daughter Debora Reed (Butch); his son-in-law Larry Baggett; his grandchildren, Blue Baggett (Kendra) and Kyla Ripperger (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Blake, Jackson, Kensley and Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials be made to Snack Pak 4 Kids and the High Plains Food Bank, honoring Jack's compassionate spirit.
