He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his daughters, Andrea Cruz (Ricardo) and Ann Burge (Travis); his grandchildren, Ava and Santana; his sister Karen Jack of Connersville; his nieces, Jen Cerneant and Amy King of Connersville; and his nephew Jamie Harry of Connersville.
